Paladin

I'm thining of playing on my pally (Jurg) again in the near future. seeming he is already lvl 61 (wich saves me the drama of starting a char all over again atm) and pallys can heal/tank (wich can come in handy).

However i have been wondering if there is a best way to specc and equip certain gear for evelling faster in outland/northrend.
atm i am retri specced...but i doubt that i spent my talents in the right way. and my gear is basically a mix of healing gear and dps gear...so that doesnt rly do me good either.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I have been thinking of speccing holy and just instance my way to northrend and perhaps then specc retri again? But if i have a lot of questing time also... holy might not be the best sollution after all.

Thanks in advance, ellenil

I've chosen the Retribution specfor my paladin in accordance with the Paladin Leveling Guide. This build yields the highest possible DPS and reduces mana use of judgements and cooldowns, so you can use them more.

According to my other sources the Holy spec is not typically used for fast leveling and soloing, but very efficient in groups and versus undead NPCs.

So... if you wanna instance your way through Outland, Holy is definitely the way to go, but if you plan on going solo, you'd better stay with Retri.

Going ret up to thirties with my own paladin then I will be going prot. Heard it's most efficient that way and it will be easy to solo farm as well. :3

I think the problem is that you -can- easily solo as a Holy Paladin (meaning you won't die), but it's gonna take ages since the DPS is so low?

Well yes, you can solo mobs without a problem as a holy paladin, but it -does- take ages.
